Our Policies


Come join us in Montana, the last best place, on the famed waters of the Yellowstone River and with Yellowstone National Park in our backyard!

Both our Montana guest rooms and Yellowstone cabin lodging are open year-round. Note: Fly fishing activities are not offered during winter months. Please see our fly fishing page for more information.

AVAILABILILTY

Minimum two-night stay for all properties. The Yellowstone Riverside Tiny Home is closed for the winter months (Oct 1st – Apr 15th).

CLEANING

Housekeeping is provided before and after your stay, but more frequent cleaning can be arranged, subject to availability and fees.

CHILDREN

Our cabins welcome children. Please note that our accommodations may not be suitable for children under the age of five.

PAYMENT

All cabins and guest rooms require deposit at time of booking with the remainder billed the day before check-in. The deposit is refundable (less a $75.00 processing fee) only if the cabin or home is re-booked. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

RATES

Prices of guest queen rooms start at $248/night. Please see individual vacation home/cabin pages for further rates.

DAMAGES

Should any damage or breakage occur, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible and we will assess the fee.
ARRIVAL & CHECKOUT

Arrival time is 4:00 – 9:00 pm. Special arrangements can be made for early or late arrivals. Check out time is 11:00 am.

CANCELLATION

Due to popular demand, all properties require rebooking upon a cancellation and a $75.00 cancellation fee in order to ensure a refund.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than thirty (30) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your home, a full or partial refund will be made.

PETS

The Yellowstone Meadow cabin is pet-friendly and we are happy to assist in kennel arrangements.

NON-SMOKING

All Paradise Gateway properties are smoke-free environments.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS

We kindly ask that you inform us if you will be adding additional guests to your reservation and that the guest count matches the maximum number of guests that house will accommodate. Additional guests that exceed the house maximum will be charged $250 per night, per person.

Our COVID-19 Precautions

At Paradise Gateway, all of our previous guests can share what cleanliness precautions we take. We respectively follow the CDC guidelines for COVID – 19. At an intimate, desired LODGING place as ours, cleaning lodging for our guests, is our premium desire! Linens are washed with a sanitizer/disinfectant to kill germs. Fresh! We take two hours per room to disinfect and clean after guests and in our vacation home units 3 to 5 hours. Compare that to motel/hotel units that operate on a large volume of rooms and a clock to finish a room in 30 minutes or a wee bit longer! Disinfectant containers in each room with private guest refrigerators. Management and owners wear masks and gloves. Eating breakfasts outdoors or in-room or private dining area is provided, as well as your quick, farm to table breakfast to go. We encourage masks. WE TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR HEALTH AND STAY!
