Rivers Bend Ranch
Three Private Homes located adjacent to the Emigrant Gulch Historic Viewpoint, Rivers
Bend Ranch offers 110 acres of private accommodations along a mile of the
Yellowstone River with panoramic views of Emigrant Peak (10,000 feet) and the
Absaroka and Gallatin mountain ranges. This piece of paradise offers access
to some of the best fly-fishing and big game and bird hunting in the area.
This is one of the few remaining properties in Paradise Valley with lodging
only 10 feet from the banks of the river. Uniqueness is our specialty.
We have three separate residences to choose from:
- Rivers
Bend Lodge:
3500 sq/ft private lodge with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, full
kitchen, laundry facility, den, fly-fishing and hunting rec room,
satellite tv, deck and soaring ceilings with full view of Emigrant
Mountain and the Yellowstone River ($350/night double occupancy;
$25/each additional person, up to 6 total)
- Emigrant
Apartment:
900 sq/ft private, environmentally green, apartment-style lodging with kitchenette, full bathroom, queen-bed bedroom, pull-out sofa and deck by the river ($225/night for 2 people; $25/each additional person)
- The
Trout House:
2250 sq/ft two level private house with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms,
laundry facilities, 2 great rooms, satellite tv, kitchen and deck
($300/night double occupancy; $25/each additional person, up to 6 total). The Trout House can be divided and rented in two separate upstairs and downstairs sections, each with their own private entrances and insulated flooring. The pricing and facilities for these are as follows:
- Brown
Trout Room:
1000 sq/ft room (top-level of The Trout House with private entrance)
with double-bed, bathroom, kitchen, satellite tv, sitting room and deck
($175/night double occupancy)
- Cuttbow
Room: 1250
sq/ft room (bottom-level of The Trout House with private entrance) with
2 bedrooms (double-bed and twin beds), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, satellite
tv, sitting room and deck ($250/night double occupancy; $25/each
additional person, up to 4 total)
Rivers Bend Ranch can provide VIP treatment to fly-fisherman
and hunters. We have access to and personal relationships with the best
guides in and around Paradise Valley, not to mention personal experience
hunting and fishing the Valley for over 30 years. The cost to fish our catch-and-release trout ponds is $25 per rod per day; all monies are used for trout habitat improvement.
